What to expect
A gentle guide for your first session
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. In our first session, you don’t need to have the right words or a fixed plan, just a willingness to show up and be real. We’ll take time to understand what brings you here and begin mapping out your goals, gently and at your pace.
Payments & medical aids
Private rates and medical aid options explained
I accept most major South African medical aids and charge the standard 100% medical aid rate. Cash sessions are also available at R1100 per hour, with various payment options. Some conditions may qualify for full cover under Prescribed Minimum Benefits (PMBs), and I’m happy to help with the paperwork if needed.
